我国七成男性性生活质量不合格
中华医学发展研究会在北京发布《中国男性性福指数调查报告》称，在超过3万个调查对象中，有70%的人给自己的“性福”指数打分低于60分，仅有1%的人打80分以上。另外，14%的男性存在性功能障碍和性心理障碍。
中国不“性福”的男性高达七成，令人忧虑。它的深层次原因是什么呢？首要原因是工作压力大、精神紧张。受就业形势和经济环境的影响，工作仍是男 性最大的压力所在。调查显示，47%的男性在工作中感到压力大或精神紧张，只有0.2%的人感到毫无压力。68%的男性经常会出现焦虑、失眠、多梦、乏 力、易疲劳等情况。其次，不爱锻炼、不吸收保健知识也是一大原因。
